Sajewski, the former leader of the Fighting Texas Aggie Infantry Band. 2000 Bulldog Heart Award winner, Cody "spills" Crenshaw can still be seen around town from time to time. Sgt. Kenneth "Charles" Paddick, a decorated war hero, is also from Iola.
